Monitoring the Build

Starting with briefing the construction team she will be present for the initial setting out of the design, followed by regular visits and support throughout the life-of-the-build.  Client’s have historically found this service to be of huge benefit because it means that the agreed ‘vision’ for the garden and the design detail is protected as the build comes out of the ground.  Design should never be left dead on the page, it should continue to ‘live’ during the construction phase so that the right choices and ‘tweaks’ are made throughout the journey, monitoring is an excellent way of achieving this.
